The Firm, Reyes Francisco & Associates, (RFA) was established on November 6, 1998 by Edgar B. Francisco and Pastor M. Reyes, Jr. Armed with more than twenty years of experience, the partners have managed to build a strong and solid Firm. Seven (7) years after its inception, the Firm now boasts of a vast clientele base. The Firm adheres to a philosophy of personalized client service which is founded on traditional values of trust, honesty and commitment to our client’s best interest. We regard every client our only client, every case our only case. The Firm has a complement of lawyers who have distinguished themselves in various fields of legal practice.
